*** Little Nemo waren eine französische Band (1983-1992).

Die Band Little Nemo entstand 1983 in Paris infolge des Zusammentrefens der beiden Musiker Olivier Champeau (Keyboards) und Vincent Gallo (Gitarre, Bass). Namensgeber die Hauptfigur eines Comicstrips von Windsor MaCay, die von den Traum-Abenteuern eines kleinen Jungen erzählen.

Mit dem Einstieg von Nicolas Dufaure (Bass) wird die Band zum Trio. Nach ersten selbstproduzierten Tapes 1986/87 als Duo erscheint im Jahr 1988 die EP »Private Life« und 1989 das erste Album »Sounds in the attic.

The French Little Nemo became a cult coldwave band. "Turquoise Fields" is their second album and includes the beautiful song "Berlin". ***
